Included with the purchase of a WebPresence website is unlimited support. If you need assistance, please contact the Muni-Link | WebPresence support team at (814) 822-1208 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
As noted previously, you can also reach us by clicking on the Email Support link in the Footer Shortcut Menu. Clicking on Email Support opens a short form for completion. You are required to complete both the Subject and Message fields. You can optionally set a Priority (High, Medium, or Low). Clicking on Send will automatically send your support request to the WebPresence support team.
