The latest enhancement to the cloud platform is the next generation Service Order Module. This software update will be released to all of our customers at no additional charge.
Users can now dispatch field technicians via phone or tablet using this mobile-based module. It also allows staff to track the progress of field techs and to see results in real time. Derek McLaurin, Muni-Link Director of Design and Strategy offers this regarding shut-offs, “Because the module is integrated with the customer portal, the work order can easily be cancelled in real-time if the customer pays their bill prior to shut off.”
