We are here to Help!

As the national response to COVID-19 continues to evolve and businesses re-open, we wanted to let you know that we are open and here to help.

During the course of the lockdown we have remained open and operating at our normal cadence while observing all of the Federal and State guidelines and best practices for managing the spread of the novel Coronavirus. All of our teams continued normal operation, albeit largely in a work from home setting. We have continued developing our products, implementing new projects and providing steady state support to our fully implemented customers.

For those customers that are reopening your offices or making changes to your business practices as business opens back up in your area – don’t hesitate to reach out for help! Our customer support teams can help you with content creation for your WebPresence sites and configuration of your utility billing system to accommodate changes required as part of your response to the pandemic.

We have begun returning staff to the office and can help you with your return as well!
